Introduction
The vacuum hot press furnace is a device that combines atmosphere/oxidation environment, hot press molding, and high-temperature sintering. It is suitable for high-temperature thermoforming of new materials such as powder metallurgy and functional ceramics. It is used for vacuum sintering of transparent ceramics, industrial ceramics and other metals and alloy materials composed of difficult-to-accommodate metals, as well as high-temperature sintering of ceramic materials silicon carbide and silicon nitride. It can also be used for powders and compacts at temperatures lower than the melting point of the main components. The purpose of heat treatment is to improve its strength through metallurgical bonding between particles.
This equipment is widely used in colleges and universities, scientific research units and production enterprises to perform hot-pressing sintering of materials under vacuum, protective atmosphere conditions or air (the indenter and mold need to be replaced with corundum). Vertical structure, suitable for annealing, brazing, sintering and degassing of materials under vacuum, inert atmosphere and high temperature conditions. It is an ideal equipment for materials laboratory.
